PLATFORM

As North Central Provincial Vice President, I will leverage my experience I have as a DD and RVP to represent the Province on the Board of Directors and lead the Province in meeting the goals of our organization’s strategic priorities:

 

Member Education: I will collaborate within the organization and Province to increase opportunities for DDs, collegiate and alumni members through my experience in leading a team of Certified Deltasig Leader DDs, planning multiple regional conferences and presenting at several LEAD events.

 

Membership Growth: I will work to identify opportunities for expansion in the Province and to promote diversity within our organization on the Board. I have partnered with staff/volunteers to reactivate a chapter and assisted chapters in conducting membership analysis for recruitment campaigns.

 

Member Engagement: I will collaborate with leadership on the Board and in the Province to engage alumni members through my experience in identifying members to serve as DDs, committee members and chairs, and presenters.

 

Organizational Excellence: I will coordinate with Board and Provincial leadership to build upon changes made during the pandemic to promote professional development, diversity, service, philanthropy, leadership and networking.
